Financial Policy
Payment for dental treatment is due at the time of treatment. If you are a patient of record and have dental insurance we will process your patient claims electronically on your behalf and only the estimated patient responsibility will be due at the time of service. We will assist you and submit claims electronically on your behalf. If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days you will be responsible for the unpaid balance. You may then pursue unpaid benefits from your provider.
An estimated patient responsibility will be determined at your visit, however, it is an estimate only, you are responsible for any amount that is not paid by your insurance carrier. Payment Plans are offered through CareCredit.
(1) In the event your payment is declined or for any reason your check is returned, the cost of treatment, bank fees, and all other administrative costs will be paid by the patient associated with the collection of a debt.
